We’re Faith & Family Care Inc., and we're a premier home health service company serving Tripoli, IA, since 2012. Our goal is to improve the lives of our clients by improving their lifestyles through companionship, personal care, and assistance with daily living activities. We understand that your loved one is unique and requires unique services to make them feel safe, secure, and comfortable at home, so they can live out their life with dignity and respect. Our Story

Faith & Family Care is a home health care service providing managed care through all MCOs in Iowa including Amerigroup and Iowa Total Care. We pride ourselves on being able to work with the client's schedule, so they are able to receive the best possible service in their own homes. We provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients, where they can live in their homes and communities with the assistance of our highly trained staff. Our team is dedicated to making sure that each of our clients' needs are met, and we work hard to ensure that all of our services are provided with compassion and respect.

Our goal is to provide a comprehensive array of home health care services in order to ensure that you or your loved ones are being cared for by the most qualified, compassionate professionals.
